It’s a nice hotel but...

Liked: Friendly staff, nice room, comfy bed. Lovely bar in the evening
Disliked: Too hot everywhere - very stuffy. Constant barrage of emails offering an upgrade (not free!).

an excellent choice to stay...

Liked: the room was great and the bed was very comfortable. the room was spacious. we could open the window (door onto the balcony) meaning that we could get fresh air. the room was quiet. the breakfast was excellent

Liked: Hotel Du Vin stood up to its name, we had a lovely time there, the staff were great. The hotel was nicely decorated, clean, and inviting to guests. The ambience was calm and relaxing whilst professional. The food was great and of course the wine!

Maybe time for a change

Liked: The location. We stay regularly and are usually happy with everything
Disliked: The clientele seems to be going down. Guests above were extremely loud, sounded like they were playing football. Complained and was moved Andrea on reception could not have done moreTired decor and rooms. Feels like the whole place could do with a spring clean and paint
