Liked: Great location for a nieces wedding. Lovely food and lovely room

Nice bed but cold room...

Liked: The hotel was well located for the quay and the bed was comfortable and had lovely linen. The L'Occitane products in the bathroom were a nice, luxurious touch and the dog care package was thoughtful.
Disliked: We were given a room with broken central heating in the middle of winter with freezing temperatures outside. The small bashed up portable heater they had put in the room was not large enough to heat the space and we had to ask for another one. Nobody showed us where the tea making facilities were hidden (in the cupboard), and the tea we bought from the bar was very expensive at nearly £4pp. One of the vanity lights it the bathroom kept flashing on and off and there was an unpleasant smell of disinfectant in the hallway. Windows looked directly onto the street at ground level and youths from the pub next door were able to walk right past our windows shouting and calling to each other.

Amazing stay..

Liked: Gorgeous building, lovely staff, stayed in the deluxe double, and it was stunning with the most comfiest bed.We had dinner and a couple of drinks, so glad we ate there it was delicious. Breakfast was also superb. Will definitely go back.
