Liked: Great location, we had a good sized room.

Liked: The location is superb, the rooms are beautifully decorated, our room had a roll top bath and walk in shower in the bedroom with a separate wc and basin, grest interior design, great service and a nice touch with the happy anniversary from the kitchen and chocolates, would def stay again.
Disliked: There is nothing not to like

Great location, stylish and comfortable

Liked: Beautiful hotel, really stylish and clean. Staff extremely friendly and was very comfortable.
Disliked: Staff and facilities extremely good. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff all very friendly

Liked: Breakfast was excellent but very expensive….wanted much better coffee for the money ….
Disliked: The coffee at breakfast and there should have been free bottles of water in the room…

Liked: A lovely old hotel. Located close to the quai. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast with wide choice. Superb restaurant reasonably priced.
Disliked: Nothing really. There could have been a lift but that would probably have spoilt the look of a very old building.
