Amazing.

Liked: Beautifully tucked away but also very close to the lovely pubs and restaurants. We were upgraded to the best room in the hotel on arrival.
Disliked: Nothing. It was perfect.

Liked: Loved the history. Staff great. Food very good but limited choice. James in particular was fab. Not happy to pay for parking. Clean well furbished room. Good storage.

Liked: Large comfortable rooms and bathroom well equipped cannot fault the room at all only criticism was a little cold we was given a heater which was helpful many thanks the restaurant was wonderful and food excellent and what made the evening meal was the well polite helpful waitress called Ann a great asset

This was a superb stay...

Liked: I cannot fault this experience. Lovely staff, extremely comfortable bed in a beautifully decorated room, excellent bathroom and toiletries and superb breakfast. The Fixed Price Menu in the restaurant was a high quality meal served by the attentive staff. We will definitely be back.
