Lovely break in Henley on...

Liked: Very friendly staff, nice bathroom with excellent rain shower and freestanding bath, luxurious toiletries etc. Nice bed as well. Sumptuous breakfast. When my scallop starter was not as I expected during dinner, they took it away and replaced it with freshly fried new ones even tho I had not read the description right. Can't fault the service. Good choice of drinks too.
Disliked: We received an offer for upgrade 3 days before arrival, took it but only found out at check-in it was not available. Would have been better to hear at check-in about upgrade offers if available.

Epic high end luxury

Liked: Amazing staff from check in to departure, the restaurant was first class, the room was probably the best room I’ll ever stay in my life. Duplex apartment with a lovely industrial feel to it, but high end finishes throughout. Amazing shower area too. The sort of holiday where the room Is good enough to stay in and chill.

Wonderful stay

Liked: A beautiful hotel by the river in Henley. Staff are so welcoming and friendly. I'd upgraded the room and am so glad I did, it was spectacular! Lovely big comfy bed and the ensuite was stunning - i could have spent hours in it!
Disliked: Nothing! Will definitely be staying again.
