A nice hotel to stay...

Liked: Nice location

Nice room, but bad breakfast.

Liked: Location was great, room decor and bathroom was nice.
Disliked: Breakfast was quite poor. The cooked breakfasts were underwhelming and the bacon was consistently either burnt or too salty. The apple juice was fizzy - a sign of the juice being old and beginning to ferment, so therefore spoiled. The milk available was also spoiled, rendering any cereal inedible. Both the milk and apple juice was dispensed via big tap jars. Considering how much the cost of the rooms are by default as well as the extra money you pay for the breakfast add-on, I was expecting much better quality of food.The bed was too soft and gave me shoulder & back ache, however I understand this is down to personal preference.

Liked: Location, the hotel is nice and comfortable
Disliked: Being charged a service charge for dinner. This is unnecessary and uncalled for,considering the price we paid for our stay and for the dinner we had. It is because of this service charge that we will not be staying at this hotel again. We want value for money and good service, but this, to me, is reflected in the price we paid for staying there.
