Fantastic stay in great location...

Liked: Fantastic service and welcome and hotel itself stunning! Really gorgeous room and bathroom was wondering, with an amazing roll top bath. It was a birthday and were treated amazingly with even a complimentary glass of champagne!

Despite the eggs, I’ve always...

Liked: Most things. Good room, nice staff, good restaurant.
Disliked: It’s a bug bear of mine, but I asked for two soft boiled eggs for breakfast and along with lots of other hotels I’ve stayed in. I got hard eggs.. also the menu said boiled eggs with soldiers and when it came without soldiers the waitress said we don’t serve it with soldiers and I had to go make my own toast whilst the eggs got cold and even harder. So I read out the menu to her saying two boiled eggs with soldiers and she said but no one’s ever asked for soldiers before. I don’t think that was very good service.
