Liked: It was xmas time and the hotel was decorated accordingly! Just beautiful. The location was perfect only a few minutes from Wimbledon Village. Staff were great and helpful. Rooms large spacious. TV allowed casting which was good. Wonderful stay

Disappointing, did not live up...

Liked: It is a beautiful building but clearly had its hay day
Disliked: I feel like it is purporting to be something it isn’t. It’s old and in need of a lot of TLC my room was damp, the paint was coming off the walls there were cracks in the walls and if my Nextdoor neighbour used the shower at the same time my shower stooped running completely meaning I had to stand with shampoo in my hair freezing until they had finished!
