Fabulous hotel!

Liked: Great location, lovely hotel, very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, Viktoria in particular was really helpful.

Liked: The staff were fabulous, nothing was too much trouble. The deluxe room was lovely, very comfortable, loved all the premium toiletries and tea/coffee provided.

Good location but we’ll chose...

Liked: Good location and good restaurant.
Disliked: We booked a junior suite but the room was at the front of the hotel and overlooked the noisy main road. The lighting in the room was insufficient. The sofa was extremely soft and impossible to sit comfortably.

Liked: Very nice hotel and beautiful bed to sleep in. Ideal central location for Tunbridge. £15 for one night parking is a bit steep and main gripe.

Nice clean old Hotel

Liked: Beautiful big room and very clean. We sat outside on the terrace and there is no service, we had to walk quite a distance to the bar when we wanted a drink outside
