Liked: Lovely boutique hotel with plenty of charm and a great cooked breakfast.
Disliked: It is starting to look a bit shabby in places and there is no fresh air in the rooms since the old windows can’t be opened.

Disliked: Lots of steps - which admittedly, nothing much can be done about in a historical setting. But it was challenging with a pram and one year old. However, staff were amazing and did everything they could to help me!

Hotel and staff are amazing!

Liked: We arrived and were upgraded to a suite, which was amazing we absolutely loved it!
Disliked: Unfortunately the water had stopped working in our side of the building meaning we couldn’t use the bath, shower or brush our teeth using water from the tap, luckily we had a bottle of water
