Liked: Room wasn’t food

A lovely over night get...

Liked: Loved the hotel, staff were excellent. Food and drink was wonderful.The actual room was lovely but unfortunately we didn't get the upgrade we were offered so had no view!
Disliked: Our room wasn't vey warm despite turning the air conditioning up to 24 degrees.The pillows lacked substance. My husband had to use one of the soft furnishing cushions to gain the right support.Also, it was a very long 'climb' up to our room. Ok at the moment but in a few years time we might find it hard to manage.
