We enjoyed our stay.

Liked: The hotel is centrally located - minutes away walk to the Chateau Frontenac and Hotel de Ville. There were loads of restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was efficient, courteous, friendly and answered all our questions.
Disliked: Everything was just fine at this hotel.

Liked: From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and friendly. They were very professional and everything went smoothly. The room was very clean, nicely appointed, and very comfortable.
