Liked: Very well situated, we went to the theatre Hebertot which is, literally next door, ans it's close to several metro stations....
Disliked: The room was very small, even by Parisian standards. A number of minor plumbing issues.....the plug in the shower, the flush which only worked on "number two"....

Well located and cute hotel

Liked: Very well decorated and we were welcome with an excellent customer service . The room was made ready for us even though we arrived very early at 10am. While waiting we were offered tea and coffee . The hotel is well positioned near to the metro and a bus that takes you straight to l’arc de triomphe , the Eiffel Tower . There are also few good restaurants around the hotel .

Friendly staff but not in...

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: It was not very clean, bathroom was okay but the room had a smell. The bedding (the cover on top of the bed not the actual sheets) was clearly not washed for some time. The beds were uncomfortable, sheets never stay on the bed, the double bed is two beds pushed together and these also have a hole in the middle because beds slip.

Liked: Excellent location; nearby train station, many restaurants and cafes in the vicinity, laundromat around the corner, if you like walking the big tourist attractions are easy to walk to (albeit a long walk)There is always someone present at reception and all of them are lovely. Our room was comfortable and quiet and very clean. Breakfast was made up of a decent spread of typical breakfast foods
Disliked: No tea/coffee making facilities in the room (not a big issue. Just good to know)
