Pleasant

Liked: Great lication, comfortable beds and spacious. Cozy and well designed.
Disliked: Very honest review:I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it has a fantastic location and a warm, cosy atmosphere, there were several issues that made our stay less comfortable than expected. Some of the amenities listed before booking were not available. For example, there was no iron or ironing board in the room. The fridge had no water, and when we tried to buy some from the vending machine, we were told it only accepted cash(staff not very helpful). Since we were traveling with a credit card, this was inconvenient. The same issue arose when we needed toothpaste, as the vending machine did not accept cards, and the reception staff was not very helpful in resolving this.(no dental kit!)One major issue was that there was no electricity for the plug sockets at night, meaning we couldn’t make tea or charge our phones. Since the reception closes at 9 PM, there was no one available to assist us with this. Additionally, the room lacked proper ventilation in the bathroom, causing unpleasant smell even though we kept the windows open throughout the day.Another thing to note is that the hotel has only a one-way elevator, and there was no staff available to help withthe lift, which could be difficult for some guests.Overall, the hotel is in a great location and has a nice, cosy feel, but the lack of essential amenities and unhelpful service made our stay less convenient than we had hoped. If these issues are addressed, it could be a much better experience for future guests.

Great location

Liked: The room was perfectly clean, and I found the receptionist very kind! The location was just off the main market square so I found this great as a solo female traveller!
Disliked: The noise was a bit of a problem for me. My room was beside the elevator and it seemed like the door would bang anytime someone else opened their door (maybe a draft causing a vacuum). I also found the noise from the cleaners excessive because it was a lot of banging noises and shouting not just regular cleaning noise like vacuums etc from very early
