Liked: The room was beautiful and well appointed. The tub is a couples paradise
Disliked: The price point is excessive at $500 + Shuttle service is apparently dependent on one individual. My husband band and me were extremely impressed with the luxurious experience with the shuttle service. The young man who drove was especially personable and very knowledgeable of the city. We were attending a wedding at The Queen eleven blocks away from The hotel DuPont. The hotel concierge advised us to call the front desk when we were ready to return after the reception (10:30 pm). That made us feel safe (we’re 60) and confident about getting back to the hotel safely in the late evening. Imagine our surprise when we called the front desk at 9:30 pm for a 10:30 pick up only to be told the driver went home early?? So, we ended up figuring out how to get the uber to pick us and our two year old granddaughter. I was very disappointed and candidly, expected better from such an upscale establishment that charges a premium on all services, accommodations and meals. Rodney Square is the place to walk your pets. Conveniently located across the street from the hotel. The issues is the homeless encampments and filthy conditions. Pet waste had piled up and it did not feel safe. Perhaps the hotel owner can work with the city to insure the square is kept clean and secure.

Disliked: Overall the stay was good. The main bar we paid $24 for the burger and the French fries were a disappointment. You need to do better here if you expect to satisfy your valued guests. Beautiful space the main bar.

Disliked: Room was worn. Went to front desk as used towel and soap left in the bathroom. Toilet not flushed. Desk person said he’d take care of it and never received resolution.
