Charming hotel in Montpellier

Liked: It’s a very quaint, authentic hotel with exceptional staff in a brilliant location. We could not have chosen a better hotel in Montpellier.

Individual cozy hotel with lots...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent, lovely fruit salad and yoghurt well worth the money
Disliked: Wi-Fi was a little erratic and it was a bit of a nuisance having to put in a code every 24 hours

Only go here if you...

Liked: Location, friendly night reception easily reached by phone, room itself was completely enough for one person, it was very clean, things like hairdryer, enough towels etc provided
Disliked: It could have been great but the most important thing for me in a hotel is a comfortable bed so that I can sleep well after having had back/disc problems. This bed completely triggered them and left me painful for a lot of the night because the mattress is just too soft, slightly better on the side than the middle but still very difficult to handle. If your back needs any support for sleeping I very much advice you to look elsewhere. And yes, it was 'just' an economy room, but by that I expect still to be able to sleep comfortably. Unfortunately the hotel and the surrounding ones were fully booked so that I could not change.

It was a perfect 3-day...

Liked: It's perfectly located within easy walks to all the main tourist sites in Montpellier. We had the "basic" breakfast every day which was plenty for us. The breads were fresh and the cafe au lait was perfect. Our room was beautifully decorated and had all the vacation necessities including wifi, lots of power outlets, and a great bathroom. Everyone on the staff was cheerful and welcoming. We would stay here again.
Disliked: Can't think of anything.

Relaxing, comfortable and memorable

Liked: Charming, old fashioned but stylish. Fantastic location in the old town. Very nice staff.

Pretty, welcoming and perfectly appointed.

Liked: Easy check in and out, great room, lovely villa. Host was very hospitable and accommodating. Quiet location, walkable to dining. Breakfast was delicious. We highly recommend staying here.
Disliked: No complaints.

Pleasant stay

Liked: Very nice breakfast. Convenient location. Afternoon tea was enjoyed.
Disliked: There was a fire alarm during our stay but the alarm could only just be heard in our room. I also noticed there are no fire doors on the landings making the hotel high risk in fire safety terms.
