Liked: The receptionist was helpful and pleasant
Disliked: No individual key access to room. Room at the end of a pokey corridor. No parking as advertised at hotel. Hotel difficult to find, especially as no direct car access and no street level reception. TV difficult to operate, signal poor and scarcity of english language programmes. Carpet in room stained. Price expensive relative to facilities available, small public area available to guests and attraction of old town location smothered by corridor warren to go through to get to room. A real disappointment.

The host was also very friendly and responsive, ensuring that I had everything I needed. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting!
Disliked: While I enjoyed my stay, there is one thing that could be improved. Like, in the pictures when I booked the room, it said with view to the lake, however my room wasnt exactly facing the lake, it was by side. Maybe, showing the exact view of the selected room is preferable.Overall, this is minor, but addressing them would make the stay even better. Thank you!

Liked: Great location, just next to the iconic Palais de l'Isle. We didn't get the room with the balcony overlooking the Palais but still it was very comfortable on two levels. Very clean and staff really friendly.Thank you!
