Magical apart from the hair...

Liked: The location and the staff were all amazing. Hotel was magnificent
Disliked: The hair dryer. Nearly every 5 star luxury hotel we stay in they always seem to forget about how important the hairdryer is. The hairdryer was cheap and the cord wasn’t long enough to be able to style your hair. Must have been bought by a man or someone trying to save money. Buy a Dyson hairdryer it makes such a difference. It’s such a bug bear when hotels don’t seem to care about the little things which are so important. It makes such a difference. We are paying a lot of money for 5 star treatment and the hairdryer is just like a hairdryer in a 2 star hotel.

gorgeous historical location ,worth the...

Liked: room was gorgeous we had a view of the ocean and light house
Disliked: breakfast was pricy 50 dollars for just pastry and fruit

Biarritz from the Old World...

Liked: Biarritz from the Palais perspective is an exceptional experience in French luxurious surroundings. It maintains a relaxed vibe even with the 5 Star treatment.
Disliked: Dining is an experience with the sunset is worth just a one-night stay and a hidden bonus.. but multiple nights finds the dining room offers no specials or changes to menu.
