Exceptional

Good Only for Travellers Who...

Liked: The hotel is ideally located in the Batignolles area with a Metro Line No 2 just around the corner giving the hotel guests easy access to the public transport. The ideal location means that one can reach world famous monuments & sites like Eiffel Tower, Champs-Élysées, Basilique du Sacré-Cœur etc in a matter of minutes. The area around the hotel is also lively with many good restaurants all over. And off course the hotel staffers like Mr. Masud and Mr. Huda are excellent people who would make any guest feel at home despite severe limitations of the property.
Disliked: The hotel is very small with barely existing reception area. The rooms are just too small for comfort. There is a very small lift; too small to take 2 luggage at a time. The sharply spiral narrow staircase is a nightmare. Despite these and other drawbacks, the location of the hotel and the hotel staffers like Mr, Masud & Mr. Huda more than make up the limitations.

Disliked: No elevator unfortunately and this was terrible for me they should mention with your booking that there’s no elevator because of baggage 🧳

Liked: The staff was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful.

Great stay - room a...

Liked: Great location, clean and nice room. Nice view out of the window. Handy that we were able to leave our luggage there for the day after check out.
Disliked: Room was a little bit on the small side. Corridors were small and the lift was tiny - struggled to fit just the two of us with our bags.
