Spacious and modern rooms

Liked: Modern room with very big windows and a super comfortable bed. The check in was simple, and the room is very spacious. Would definitely recommend if you are on a quick trip to Quebec City. Check in was simple as well, which makes any trip easier.
Disliked: When sent instructions for the check in, it was in French. Granted, I know this is a french speaking city, but I think check in instructions should be more clear in English.

Fantastic.

Liked: Very organized and clean. Near almost everything you need such as groceries, bars, restaurants, coffee shops and pharmacies. You can also buy bus tickets nearby. Walking distance from old Quebec and train station.
Disliked: We could have the information that they require a security deposit upon booking. I this sense, we would feel more safe to provide additional information.

It was ok.

Liked: It was clean and not far from a variety of restaurants.
Disliked: Lack of charging ports for phone. Non in the room.

Disliked: Nothing seems to work. The coffee machine doesn't work, you have to scan a bar code daily just to watch the tv.

Hotel du Jardin was a...

Liked: Dear Sirs: The refrigerator was two-thirds size (2/3), which held soft drinks well.
Disliked: Dear Sirs: There was NO guest bathroom in the hotel lobby! The staff in the lobby did not tell us that there was a staff restroom near the lobby that my wife and I could have used! Officially, we were restricted from our room until 4:00 P.M. Even with our need to get into the room we were NOT admitted until 2:30 P.M. Running a hotel is a service business. I feel we were badly treated!!! Access to bathrooms is basic humanity, but we were not told of the staff restroom that we could have used! There was no printed manual in the rental kitchenette that explained the basic usage of the television. Finally, a maintenance person came to the room late in the evening and set a filter that showed only the English-language channels, which helped us. Instructions on the television in a printed manual would have simplified the problem!!! Perhaps because of Canadian labor regulations, the hotel seems to be using sub-contract labor and number codes for external and internal door entry! Cutting labor costs should NOT result in a zombie hotel with sub-standard service!!!Sincerely,Gary J.

Beautiful experience

Liked: The room was big and clean. The bathroom a masterpiece with a beautiful shower (but a little small). The position was about 20 minutes on foot from old Québec, near the quarter of movida/nightlife
Disliked: There wasn't any wardrobe
