Liked: A short walk from the train station. Very helpful, kind staff members.
Disliked: You could hear other guests through walls.

Liked: Well located and friendly staff. Room was larger than expected and nicely cleaned. Parking available.

Liked: The location was very good. The room was clean and comfortable . The receptionists were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There was some noise from street at night. The bathroom was very small. We would have loved coffee and tea making facilities in the room.

Brilliant - I would stay...

Liked: Helpful staff. Parking wasn’t meant to be part of the deal, but Cassandra made a special arrangement for me to park and this made such a difference to my arrival in Caen and my whole stay. All staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel is very comfortable and exceptional value for money!
Disliked: Nothing.
