Liked: Lovely place and really nice staff. This place is akin to the British Airways insofar that the only thing that keeps it going are the staff
Disliked: One of the most complicated bath plugs I had ever had a misfortune to encounter - so much so, the the members of staff were stumped as to how it worked.

Exceptional

Liked: Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Our room was a good size and very clean.The restaurant was open on a Sunday night and had a very good menu for both food and wine at reasonable prices. The hotel was also very well located not too far from the main road for our journey from Provence to the Loire region.

Disliked: No fridge in the room, no milk for the in room hot drinks

Liked: We had a very enjoyable stay, Staff were lovely, the buffet breakfast was the best I had for a long time. And the waitress was delightful., she was so helpful. Well done all of you.
