Disliked: The rooms did not have any sound insulation whatsoever, unlike promised. There also was no electric kettle in the rooms.

Disliked: The hotel is dirty. From the entrance to the room, there’s laundry bags and all sort of things laying around. There’s a foul smell in the staircases.Finally, the room was also dirty, a door was broken, and the bed mattress was sloped. Impossible to sleep.

Liked: The staff is very friendly, the rooms are cleaned well, we were greeted by a couple of cats at the entrance
Disliked: poor soundproofing, in the morning we often heard cleaning in the next room, the location is not close to all the attractions, but for such a price it is good, the area looks criminal, it was a bit scary on the first day

Great location for getting into...
Liked: Great location, close to 2 metro stations (ten minute walk) and gard de nord (20 minute walk).Staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The room doesn’t match what’s advertised. The room itself was very dirty, clean bedding but outside of that dirty everything.Dust surrounding the bed, mold up the walls and around the window, mold in the bathroom, dirty shower and bathroom, floors very dirty.The water trickles out of the shower no power at all and the water would leak from the shower head vs spraying out. Was hard to wash with virtually no pressure. The bathroom door didn’t stay shut so it was just Constantly open and gave the room a weird smell very unpleasant. Mold up the sides of all the walls very off putting and not very healthy.The floors were dirty with dust and debris. Where some work has been done to re seal the skirtings the floor was covered in white paint/white seal.The tv remote was literally snapped in half so we couldn’t access the full menu at all.
