Good location and decent price...

Liked: The location is nice. Close to Metros and main bus lines to Gare de Lyon. Lots of restaurants and shops in the area. Lots of touristy things to do and visit within walking distance. Room was roomy for one person and very quiet. Breakfast had a very nice croissant and half a good baguette, some fruit and slices of cheese, etc. Pretty simple but very French breakfast.
Disliked: Just read the fine print. There is no elevator and the stairs are narrow and steep for the upper floors. There are only 4 rooms per floor. Mine was on an upper level, so carrying luggage up was an effort.

Disliked: It was very noisy, we could hear every step of our neighbours. Every morning we jumped up from the slam of our neighbor's door((. The great inconvenience was the absence of elevator.
