Confused staff not in control

Liked: The room was very spacious.
Disliked: The restaurant is really expensive and the quality of food is really dissapointing. Noah spa (not included) isAlso deceiving . Water is too cold to appreciate the moment. You have to go in the hot tubs outside if you want warmer waters.

Disliked: The television in one of the rooms didn't work. We called the front desk ask them to send someone up. Was in the evening but no one came so we told them not to bother. I was traveling with my 91 year old father for a funeral. After the wake we got back to the room and my father wanted to watch tv to unwind and relax. He was very tired and went to bed. He couldn't sleep most of the night which of course kept all of us up.
