Had a great stay. Comfortable...

Liked: Great large room.
Disliked: Not so good hair dryer, no tea/ kettle :(

Exceptional

Liked: The rooms were clean, the location was perfect, and the breakfast was excellent.

Pleasant

Liked: Good for a short stay has all the amenities necessary and the bed was very comfortable and warm. In a walkable distance to things but you can still take a the subway.
Disliked: I wouldn't recommend staying for long. The walls are paper thin so trying to sleep is very difficult.

Passable

Liked: Cleaning is perfect. Our room was cleaned every day nicely.
Disliked: Elevator was broken when we arrived and our room was on 3. floor. Also, there was no extra personel to carry them. We have to carry luagges to 3.floor room that was not a good experience, but when we were leaving they provide us personel for carrying luagges.

Reasonable place to stay in...

Liked: I had a large quiet comfortable room. Nice lobby and breakfast area.
Disliked: Staff at the reception not friendly. Bathroom design inconvenient regarding the shower in the bathtub.

Nice hotel to stay

Liked: The location is great. This hotel is located in an old building which makes it even nicer. The bed was extremely comfortable

Liked: Perfect point to start your day in Brussels. Everything is 15 min away.

The worst experience I’ve ever...

Liked: Nothing, the staff overcharged my stay by 3 nights, refused to refund me. They also put me in a lesser room than I booked and charged me 4 times the rate of the better room. I was refused access to talk to the manager, was harassed by the staff to such a point of felt scared and I was forced to file a report with the department of justice.
Disliked: Everything. Bookings.com had a horrible and unsuccessful experience trying to speak to the hotel staff on my behalf, Bookings was unable to resolve the overcharges and instructed me to cancel my credit card, find another hotel and to file a police report. Bookings told me they were in such shock about their own exchanges with the hotel that they will be doing a Quality Check on the hotel and may be taking it off the Bookings site.
