Liked: The hotel facilities were good but the services were not good.
Disliked: I had booked a room at the front of the hotel with a balcony and a full view of the sea; they decided to move my wife and I to a small room in a building behind the hotel with a sliver of a view of the sea [probably to sell the big room for more money as no reason was given for the move]. We were told this when we arrived.And we had to argue with them to get a small discount off the original price. And the wifi was a hot spot that did not work on our phones or laptops. And the TV signal was sporadic so the picture would disappear for a few seconds to approx 1 minute to gone.

Disliked: Staff weren't helpful at all ,even changing the code to the door mid stay and didn't let us know , we struggled to get in, but we were met with indifference by the chap on reception The room wasn't serviced during our 5 night stay , and the public areas are in need of some attention. When we checked in, they tried to overcharge us , but when challenged, the price soon changed.We were charged full breakfast price for 2 coffees , so save yourself the expense and enjoy breakfast elsewhere. We had road works outside the hotel one evening, we mentioned it to both the evening receptionist on our way in and the receptionist the following morning as the work continued until 2am, and we were just dismissed .
