A gem in the heart...

Liked: the hotel was in an excellent location across the road from the Metro, and close to the heart of Montmartre. the hotel was a pleasant surprise as it looks like nothing from the outside, but the room we had was incredibly spacious and comfortable. the staff were friendly and incredibly helpful, and the free coffee on the first floor was very welcome in the morning alongside pastries from the local Boulanger! we’ll definitely be back next time we visit Paris!!

Great location, wonderful stay

Liked: Our room (501) was beautiful, the staff were excellent and so friendly, it was a nice treat to have complimentary hot drinks in the lounge day and night.

A perfect location to explore,...

Liked: Simple breakfast but freshly cooked omelette and fresh croissants. Would have liked fresh fruit as an option and per the photos . Only a pot of pureed apple available
Disliked: Only complaint has been mentioned, horrible cigarette smoke from tge rear extractors all night. We had to open the windows as the default heating was set at 25°. We were able to turn the heat off but it was still very warm and we were not aware we could have asked for an air conditioning unit until I read this on line at home.

Clean and comfortable hotel in...

Liked: Location of the property is fantastic. Clean, spacious and comfortable room and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Never again

Liked: Property not as described. I wanted to leave and was told I would be charged anyway. After review other places I was over charged forced to give a $100 deposit for non smoking. We do not smoke. So far the deposit has not been returned. I am a seasoned traveler and through business and personal I have been to 64 countries and stayed in many places, this had to be near the bottom.
