Very good alternative to book

Liked: Sleeping area large, hotel in the heart of the city, coffee machine available, minibar available, coffee available, elevator available, close to public transportation
Disliked: Bathroom very very small, Bed was not comfortable

Liked: Hotel is located near Rhine and train station. It is also close by all important places like Dom Cathedral, Mudwig Museum and bars&restaurants.
Disliked: The pillows could have been a bit firmer. Also, since the hotel is very close to the train station, you can hear train noises late at night or very early in the morning. Of course, there is nothing the hotel can do about this.

Liked: The room was clean, adequately furnished, had kettle and coffee facilities, beds very comfy, great view of river from our room ( paid small supplement).bedding and towels of good quality. Very good selection from buffet breakfast and staff pleasant and helpful. Despite us speaking no German. We also had 2 evening meals at the hotel which were very pleasant. Hotel is central to train station and all the attractions. Easy walk along promenade to zoo and aquarium.( about 20mins) The information regarding access to the key for the room was easy to follow.
Disliked: The television only offered 1 English speaking channel which was DM news so no real choice for viewing on a winters evening.

Would definitely stay again. Ideal...

Liked: Less than a 5 minute walk from the train station. Close to the Cathedral, River, Museums and lots of restaurants and bars.Decent coffee machine in the room. Large and comfortable bed.
Disliked: Shower a little small but decent power. Breakfast a bit pricey for what was on offer but was convenient for our stay.
