Decent hotel but a little...

Liked: Good location. Just decent facilities. Clean rooms.
Disliked: Limited buffet options. Facilities are not the best. I was hoping for a kettle in the room rather than carrying hot water from the lobby in the ground floor.

Quick stay in Luzern

Liked: The breakfast is ok, not spectacular. The beds are soft and comfy, I was grateful to receive the extra pillows I asked for. The water pressure in the shower was great and the water hot. Scratchy towels.It’s a bit of a walk to get to the old town but not awful. The train station is not walking distance if you’re hauling luggage.

Good for business stay

Liked: Quite spacious room and bathroom. Clean. Good view from my room to the rooftops of surrounding houses as well as to the mountains. Very good breakfast which included even sparkling wine (to my regret I never drink in the mornings). Very nice and polite staff, including Russian speaking lady. Easy to reach the old town.
