Exceptional

Overall fine for an inexpensive...

Liked: The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower also had great water pressure.
Disliked: Some upgrades would be really nice. For one, the blowdryer in the bathroom appears to be from 1972, it was so strange and feeble, barely blew lukewarm air. The carpet in the hallway was all covered with bleach stains, but no carpet in the rooms, so bring slippers! There was no extra blanket and the split on the wall was pretty old and really didn't keep the room warm. Also the staff, while not rude or anything, were barely alive - didn't look up when you spoke with them, didn't say hello or good morning/afternoon (very un-Portuguese!) and not very friendly.

Hotel extremely outdated

Liked: The friendliness of the employee who was serving breakfast.
Disliked: The hotel is in desperate need of repairs. Not only to be modernized but also to correct things, which in my opinion are unacceptable (leaks, humidity, mold smell...)Breakfast very plaint, without variety.

Liked: The room was very nice and clean. The bed was very confortable. Very nice location, close to the subway and close to boavista roudabout.
Disliked: The tv on the room didn´t work.
