Pleasant stay, helpful receptionists and...

Liked: Very conveniently close to train and underground stations and airport shuttle bus station. Nice and clean room. Good breakfast and helpful staff especially, the receptionist Hanan.
Disliked: The bath had a shower but had no curtain or guard so we had to manoeuvre the shower very carefully so as not to splash all over the bathroom.

Enjoyable stay at the Hotel...

Liked: It was very close to the station. It was clean. The bed was quite comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast at 10€ was quite good value.
Disliked: A bit noisy at night as my room faced the road.

Liked: Excellent location directly opposite Matabiau SNCF. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Pretty good breakfast, good coffee. The room was cosy, that is to say quite small, but comfortable enough and quiet as it faced the garden behind the hotel.
Disliked: The bathroom really needs to be updated. The shower was over the bath with no screen or shower curtain, as a result water ended up all over the floor and adjacent sink. There was only one hook to hang towels on and no space to put washbags, etc.

Liked: The location was handy for the train station and for walking to the town centre.Breakfast was good.

Great Hotel. Would stay there...

Liked: The room was clean and tidy. The staff were brilliant and couldn't do enough to please you. The breakfast was excellent. I had a late flight home, so they let me keep my luggage there on the day of my departure so I could explore the city unencumbered.
Disliked: I wanted a bath, but there was a problem with the plug as it was letting water out. A staff member came up with a satisfactory temporary solution, and I am confident that they will have fixed the problem properly by now.
