Liked: The room was fine in general, the bed was super tiny and very uncomfortable for 2 people. Bathroom was a mess, it was old and the fan made so much noise, the shower didn’t work it was either boiling water or cold water, you couldn’t adjust it, couldn’t shower probably during the entire week we were there and it just isn’t fun to be on vacation with matted hair. They didn’t have proper shampoo or conditioner like other hotels do, it was just a little sachet of this bad quality shampoo. Note to myself, take shampoo and soap with yourself going forward.
Disliked: Better shower and bigger bed

Much better than I expected...

Liked: Air conditioning was really good. Bathtub was nice. Clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Management was really polite and helpful when we arrived early.
Disliked: I think someone died in one of the rooms while we were there, but I guess that could happen at any hotel. Also the room smelled slightly of cigarette smoke.

Great place for the cost,...

Liked: Staff were very personable and helpful with questions about the area. Beds and pillows were comfy. Hotel is in a great location right at the edge of the Village about half a minute walk from St Catherine E and Papineau Metro station.
Disliked: For the price you pay in the area, no complaints.

Dont go price is cheaper...
