Pleasant

Liked: Convenient location, clean room and reasonable price. Great for a one or two night crash.
Disliked: The "double bed" was just two singles put together :( Made for a spectacularly uncomfortable sleep!

Good place to stay in...

Liked: Good location close to train station in Milan. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast available.

Customer total dissatisfaction

Disliked: Utter confusion re payment which was made on 1 July 24. Locked out of rooms whilst problem sorted between Booking.com and Hotel Dore. Will not use Booking.com again.

Disliked: Location was a bit meh but can’t control where your building it

Liked: The staff were very friendly, for the price the room was nice and the breakfast was a nice extra touch.
Disliked: I felt the blankets were a bit uncomfortable.
