Didn’t sleep due to noise...

Liked: Not much
Disliked: Incredibly noisy, the walls between the rooms are made of paper.The staff are, incredibly disorganised.

The staff and the location...

Liked: It was a wonderful experience staying at the Don Jaime. 54. We were welcomed by an amazing staff ready to meet our needs. Our room was ready early and perfection. Loved our balcony and the beds were extremely comfortable. Location Location Location!!!! Don Jaime 54 is in the middle of all the most wonderful activities, restaurants and authentic shops and Taxis are always close by. We loved our stay there. Breakfast was delicious as well.Outstanding place to enjoy your stay in Zaragoza.

Enjoyed Zaragoza, sights and great...

Liked: Loved the location, staff and view from the room. Loads of hot water for showers, but see below.
Disliked: Noisy pipes from other rooms. Room was quite dark and shower kept falling off. Disturbed by bins or street cleaning very early. 4.30 one morning.

Pleasant

Liked: The Location is perfect, everything was clean and the matress and pillows were very comfy.
Disliked: Noise, it is true that it is downtown Zaragoza in a main street with a lot of traffic, therefore new windows and sound isolation will help to reduce noise.

Good location, but Misleading: we...

Liked: The location and size of the room was nice.
Disliked: The hotel gave us a Handicap room, witch they didn't advertise it as such, on Booking.comThese room's shower has no curtains and when you shower, the whole bathroom floor is flooded creating a mess after that. It was unpleasant.These rooms, could be sold to non-handicap, but only if people who book it are informed of what they are going to get.Also...the room walls are thin. I could hear the guy in the next room snoring.
