Great location, clean and polite...

Liked: Location is perfect. Hotel is in the center of old town.
Disliked: Ventilation system above the bed. Noise from bathroom of the next door room can be heard as there was no wall between rooms.

Location, Location, Location!

Liked: Fabulous location, right in the centre of the town and adjacent to the Cathedral. Lovely, friendly staff, a nice room - basic but really well looked after and everything you could possibly need for one night's stay. Comfortable bed, lots of hot water in the shower, decent blackout on the windows (you are on a main thoroughfare). Fabulous location relative to all of the main sights of the City, Museums/Galleries etc, as well as the Cathedral. Great recommendations from front of house for restaurants. Car parking is Public, but it's 2 minutes walk away and if you're a guest at the hotel you get a discount, which is helpful. Really nice little cafe attached to the hotel, which is great for breakfast of a rest during the day.
Disliked: Can't think of anything, possibly home to Zaragoza's smallest passenger lift, but that's about it!

Perfect location in the heart...

Liked: The location of the facility is very good - just around the corner are the two biggest attractions: Basílica de Nuestra Señora del Pilar and La Seo o Catedral de San Salvador.Breakfasts with a wide selection of hot breakfast dishes, fresh cold cuts, drinks and other good things.Spacious room, comfortable bed. The windows were on the street at the back so I can't complain about the noise from outside. However, the walls between the rooms are thin - and unfortunately you can hear what the neighbors are saying and doing.Bathroom clean - but the decor and equipment are a bit outdated.The only thing missing in the room is your own kettle to make tea (I was there in January).
Disliked: No private kettle in the room. The fridge was not suitable for use because it stank.

Disliked: Can't control room temperature. Some reviews said the breakfast was great; perhaps we had an off day, but it was way basic and hot options were cold
