Liked: Did not have breakfast at the Hotel
Disliked: Nothing

Disappointing

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: Insulation is very bad. We can hear evey thing from other rooms. Very bd experience, especially with kids.

Liked: Breakfast was great. Nice selection on the menu. The hours are great. Wait staff were very friendly and made us feel at home.
Disliked: Everything went well. Maybe a few other selections on the dinner menu.

OK, but not great.

Liked: Wifi was a little spotty and they should of let us know that breakfast was NOT included in the room rate. It is always better practice if customers know upfront.
Disliked: Property and rooms need a little TLC...big name for the condition and location of the property.

Liked: The stafff were really nice.
Disliked: The room smelled musky, there was a water leak in the bathroom. I also upgraded to breakfast both days and the hotel was not serving breakfast on Sunday due to staying issues.

Liked: The exterior/interior of the main building/lobby was exceptional.We enjoyed the breakfast each morning, but had to go to main desk to ask for vouchers.Parking was good with adequate lighting.Our room had a separate bedroom with a full size television.The bathroom was spacious with a full length countertop. Had to turn on the heat lamps for adequate lighting.
Disliked: The interior lighting in our king-size room was terrible--way too dim for us. No overhead lights in the main room or bedroom. The sofa/bed was very uncomfortable; didn't have a recliner. The walls were pretty thin b/c we could hear the people next door (both sides) and above us. And they weren't exceptionally noisy. Because of the pictures on your website we expected our room to look that fancy. We were disappointed with our "ho hum" furnishings--not up to the Hilton standards.
