Overlooking one of the most picturesque squares in Trastevere Hotel Domus Tiberina is next to of Rome's most ancient bell towers. A former noble town-house of the 18th century it offers rustic rooms with air conditioning. Free Wi-Fi is available in communal areas and some rooms. Rooms at the Domus include a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom with shower. Some rooms come with exposed wooden beams on the ceiling and some offer a balcony facing the Tiberina Island. Trastevere is famous for its pubs and restaurants offering characteristic Roman food. The Circus Maximus is is just across the river and you can walk to the Coliseum in about 15 minutes. There are direct bus links to the Vatican and to Rome airports.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Weird smell from the drain. Pictures are not at all what it looks like. Staff gaslighting. No room service. Towels were not clean.

Excellent. I would stay there...

Liked: The placement of the hotel is perfect. It’s really close to most of the monuments, the river and close to the shops and taverns for food and drinks.They also had tea and coffee to get during the day before leaving the hotel.Very clean rooms and they cleaned it everyday too.
