Liked: It locates near the bus stop so you can take the bus to train station or Wernigerode easily. The staff is nice. Breakfast is good.

Liked: Needed an "on the road stop" and saw this incredible place, and wow, the photos don't do justice to the town or the accommodation. It's a wonderful restoration of a very old building with all the quirky features, but is exceptionally well done and really comfortable. The city is a few minutes walk away and the literally hundreds of old timber frame buildings will take your breath away. Lovely meal next door too.
