Liked: THE LOCATION!!!! It's absolutely perfect, close to everything a tourist need. Which goes along with a bit of a noise at night - Avenida Liberdade is always quite busy. Nevertheless, I would definitely go back there. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The hotel is on an old, charming building, which was renovated in an old style. It has a classical touch, marbles, dark wooden elements. Some seems a bit used, but it's really clean. I would not choose a breakfast, since it was pretty simple, but that's the only disadvantage.
Disliked: The breakfast only.

Liked: Location is perfect. Very close to the metro station. Super easy to get to the airport.
Disliked: Breakfast could have more hot plates (only boiled eggs). The bread could be fresher. Besides these two things, everything else was good.

Liked: The staff was great. Bruno helped me with a few issues.location has a lot of fashion and upscale restaraunts. Bus access easy.
Disliked: Old building, a little noisy. But thats what they helped me with.
