Perfect Stay in Lisbon

Liked: The hotel is perfectly located in the city, but the highlight of our stay was the staff! Everyone was very welcoming and helpful - from taking us into our room at check-in to helping with luggage, and all of that with a smile :). My mum and I stayed there for a few days before going to Sintra, we were supposed to come back to Lisbon and stay at a different hotel but we decided to cancel it and stay at Hotel do Chiado again.
Disliked: Breakfast starts somewhat late - 7:30 am, and due to the proximity to the shopping mall that blasts the same Christmas song every half an hour for two minutes from 6 pm to 10 pm - it is not the best place to stay until holidays are over.

Disliked: we were surprised by the breakfast bill. even though I should have checked no staff has informed us about we haven’t included the breakfast in our booking. Four days of stay we were only asked the room number which we thought we had booked with breakfast.

Liked: The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpfull. They tried thier best to make our stay comfy.Even the house keeping team, the aminities in the room are excellent.The location is super. We stayed at premium room with terrace which is very special and nice
