Great location and super friendly...

Liked: Location and staff. Bar was lovely too.
Disliked: I was a little disappointed in the room. It needs nice finishing touches. I had to ring reception to ask how to turn shower on.

Comfortable,classy hotel on the waters...

Liked: Location is spectacular on the seafront and on the doorstep of Gamla Stan.Breakfast good.Very polite,friendly staff.
Disliked: Only one lift in a busy hotel so sometimes quicker to use stairs.

Superb

Liked: it was an excellent nights stay. The bathroom add-ons shampoo body wash were very good quality. I have requested the brand of the DC body wash in another review but have not heard back as yet.
Disliked: the sink plug. and instructions on converting the shower to overhead spray.

My favorite hotel to stay...

Liked: The location of the hotel is phenomenal and they have a great restaurant that has a well stocked breakfast and is great for dinner. The staff is always professional and pleasant to deal with and the the rooms are very comfortable.
Disliked: The only thing that I miss with the hotel is a gym/spa area for the guests which would make this hotel even more exceptional.
