Liked: Room and breakfast was fine
Disliked: I was so tired from a long trip 50 hours on the road. I went there 23:30 at night I said to the receptionist how tired that I am and he didn't tell me that he must increase the heating from reception. The night was very cold my room had 18.5 degrees I didn't sleep. Called reception at night to ask what happening why thermostat not working and nobody answered me. At the morning another receptionist said me very sorry the night guy must open the heating from here

Great place to stay for...

Liked: the location was beachside. It had a spacious parking lot! And unlike staying "in town" in other Italian towns, this had lots of room to pull up, checkin, and park the car...all within steps of the front door of the hotel. It was somewhat off season, so there weren't any restauraunts in the area open except for Thomas' which was associated with the hotel across the street. It was very very good!

Disliked: when we arrived the shower is already broken and we saw some water leaked outside the shower and we told the reception about it, they didn't change our room,since we just stay for 1night it's ok,but every time we use the shower it will flood the bathroom floor

Disliked: The rooms do not have a water boiler nor a coffee maker! It says the parking is included on your reservation but you get there and they ask for extra fee! staff were not welcoming nor friendly! They saw I got there with my elder parents who have knee issues and limping, but despite having more than 8 empty spots in the parking lot behind the building but they said oh no we are full and sent us to another parking lot further down the street! Didn't feel safe to walk alone from that parking back to the hotel! and by 2 AM still so many empty spots on their parking lot!!!! Do NOT recommend!

Friendly staff but far from...

Liked: The location had private parking, was very close to the beach, shops were close to the location, and breakfast was very diverse, lots to choose from and friendly staff.
Disliked: Of course pictures don’t always show you what room you’ll get assigned, and I understand this hotel was a bit dated which is okay, but the room was far under the four stars this hotel claims to be. The room had a 14” tv which was way too small to be able to read subtitles, the bed wasn’t comfortable, and I spotted mold in the bathroom with some areas on the headboard of the bed that weren’t clean. In addition to that the A/C took 4 days to cool the room from 27 to 24 degrees while 18 was set. The reception told us somebody would come to our room to look into it, but nobody showed up.
