Liked: Excellent location on the beach front, nice staff, although smaller than expected, the room was comfortable, there was however an offer from staff of a larger room, once settled we found the hotel was within very easy reach of shops and restaurants all in all a very pleasant 1 night winter stopover en route to destination

Disliked: Have someone speak or walk in his room at the other end of the corridor, and you feel it like in your room. Sound proofing is non-existent, as if the partitions were from cardboard. You can have peace from midnight to 6.30h am.Beds (single ones) are the narrowest i've seen in any hotel through 30 years traveling heavily. Amenitis are non-existent, for a pretending to be a four star hotel. Add to this that the breakfast items are not of quality, and supposedly hot dishes were not even warm. But all can be forgiven if it wasn't to the behavior of the reception staff (usually the most trained ones) that are so tough that it borders arrogance and rudeness. The way they talk and the tone they use. Very young staff with no training nor experience or caring about the job they do.Try asking for a taxi, which is the minimum the reception could help you through, and it leads to having them calling "their own Taxi" asking for exactly twice the fare. I have witnessed id because i refused their fare and used the normal service that cost me exactly half the amount the hotel reception announced. When i politely rejected the offer and asked her to call a normal taxi, she answered sorry we can't do it. Look for it on the net. (For the management in case you care, it is the young lady with glasses on 18 jan evening shift and 20th pm shift). Definitely not the hospitality of Italy, especially Rimini's one.
