Great Budget Hotel

Liked: Great budget hotel. Clean, well maintained and friendly staff. The hotel restaurant was very nice with decent food and an English speaking waiter.The room was nicely decorated and the bathroom was also nice and clean.The staff are very friendly and helpful.It is about a 20 minute walk from the Zocalo. It’s safe and walkable in the daytime but be very careful at night.All in all a great stay!

Liked: Very comphortable and clean, good location. You can have something to eat at the hotel restaurant. Windows are opening just a little and it was loud from outside

Liked: Great location and beds comfortable. Room for 6 people seems same size as one for 3 people except there's bed space for 6 - no table and chairs only a small coffee table on one wall. Need to turn sideways to get into bathroom. Only supplied 3 towels.

Bad

Liked: The location was great, but it’s surrounded by homeless people. During night time it was hard to sleep due to the people outside being so loud. The old staff guy had a disgusting attitude, he seemed that he hated his life. I couldn’t get his name if this staff member but seriously he had a very bad attitude for no reason. I asked him about my key because it stopped working and he got mad. I was there for 2 days and he was a terrible staff.

Great location

Liked: great location, plenty to see and do close by. Rooms clean, staff are friendly and helpful. Down side: traffic noise is loud and goes on right through the night, no air con, WiFi connection is constantly dropping & no hot water in the shower.
