Nice staff, hotel is in...

Liked: Staff really nice and helpful, had to change rooms because of intense smell of smoke, got a room that was less intense
Disliked: The location is a purely residential area, hardly any cafes or restaurants in the vicinity.Need to take the tram or taxi to get to the city centre Relabelling a former smoker room a non-smoker room doesn’t make the smell go away.The bathroom was terribly cold because the radiator wasn’t functioning This hotel needs a serious up-date.

Pleasant

Liked: Close to the university. Friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: Next to a busy road, air pollution and noise do not allow you to open windows, very loud and old airco, tiny shower cabin, hotel is too expensive, not a 4-star hotel.

Happy with stay, would come...

Liked: The room is quite ok, the location was excellent for my trip.
Disliked: The bathroom was a bit worn down (but this is typical for many Italian hotels of this kind).
