Pleasant and convenient

Liked: The hotel is conveniently located at the heart of Amsterdam, walking distance to many attractions and touristic sites. The elevator is a pleasant plus especially in a city like Amsterdam where you usually have to climb steep stairs in hotels. The rooms are new and cleaned daily. The staff is very helpful — special thanks to Mr. Ercan at the front desk. My favourite part of the hotel is the conjoined restaurant where you can enjoy a glass of negroni with their famous numbered steak, which is precisely what i did consecutively. This was my third time staying at this hotel and i presume i will be staying here again.

Good location

Liked: Hotel is close to the main train station and an easy walk to all the sights. Staff were very friendly and great to have a reception open late.
Disliked: The hairdryer in the room was terrible - its fixed to the wall, is very old and struggles to dry mid length hair. I asked for another one and got a (slightly) better one. The pillows on the bed are very hard and the lighting in the room is very dark. Our shower was over a bath and wasn't draining properly. We let them know, it looked like they had been in, but it didn't really make a difference.
