Liked: Good hotel, well located near the centre of Puebla
Disliked: The hall is very noisy, and if your room is in the upper floors, ever, noise and music will resonate and be amplified. If you want to go to sleep early, it's not the ideal place. If you plan to go out party and come back late, it won't bother you.

Liked: Some of the staff were very helpful. The bellmen were helpful.
Disliked: Staff making personal calls, keeping you waiting for them to finish their call. The restroom in the lobby was full of trash and not kept up. Pillows hard as a rock. You had to leave $100 pesos to use an iron, no free water, the chair in our room was dirty full of stains, room 303 air conditioner was loud and did not work, it also has four air con. units next to it that keep you up. The whole place was so noisy. You could hear TVs on, because of the way the room is set up.

Very good value for money

Liked: *the hotel is in the city center*the room is big and the bed is comfortable *very good value for money when booked with Genius (we saw that the prices advertised by the hotel itself were a little higher than the amount we paid)*the hotel has a private parking
Disliked: *our room did not have natural light, the only windo facing an inner corridor accessible to all the other guests on the floor, so it was not even possible to keep the curtain open.*a water station on each floor or at least water available at the reception would have been nice
