I would recommend staying here. I would definitely stay again. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean and I loved that there was Foxtel.

Liked: Staff friendly; room very clean; food good.
Disliked: The shower sliding door should slide from the other direction. Small space between shower door and the handbasin for a larger person.

Liked: I loved how this hotel was presented, proximity to the princess theatre, women’s only bath house and day spa, cleanliness (super clean!), comfy bedding, ice cold water fountains for your drink bottles are on every floor and having some of the old school hotel quirks like a printed hotel compendium and foxtel to scroll through on the tv. Overall this was a great stay and for my mum who has a disability, we felt supported and well looked after. Thank you!
Disliked: I wasn’t a fan of the lifts and feel like they need some TLC to run smoother
