Great location, very clean and...

Liked: Loved the high ceilings in the room. Beds were very comfortable and amenities, such as make up remover, robes, hair dryer, tv, etc. were all appreciated. We had really good drinks in the bar after dinner downtown and the location was perfect for visiting our daughter who attends Chico State. We walked everywhere and didn't have to use our car at all during our stay.
Disliked: Rooms could be updated

Disliked: Just the view out of room window, parking garage. Can’t really help that though. Next time I will ask for different room if available.

Liked: Lovely building, furnishings, and decor. Room cozy and comfortable. Staff helpful, and nice breakfast. Location perfect as we were attending a symposium on the CSUC campus.
Disliked: Lack of decaf coffee at breakfast, and lack of a microwave in the room.
