Liked: Excellent value for money. Great location

Perfect stay

Liked: The rooms were nice, especially the large bath and bathrobes. Nice comfortable beds, good WiFi, brilliant breakfast selection.
Disliked: The rooms were a little hot

Great hotel except for Noise...

Liked: The was well furnished , good lighting, nice bathroom and clean.Very central to the Train and Bus stations and lots of bars, restaurants and shops.
Disliked: NOISY!!!The noise however is from external sources as the double glazed windows deal with that very well but it is from within.The floors are very noisy and you hear every foot step from the room above amplified through the floor boards this meant frequently disturbed sleep when above got up to use the toilet or early for breakfast.I actually had the least restful time of any hotel I've ever stayed in at this hotel because of that sole reason!

Very quiet in courtyard room...

Liked: The room was excellent. Clean and quiet. I had a courtyard room - no view but extremely quiet. Outside the hotel is very noisy and busy but slept with window open.
Disliked: My only complaint was that I could hear loud banging from other rooms. Not sure if this was the door closing or wardrobe but it was a little disturbing. Perhaps next stay I’ll ask for a higher floor. I was in room 208. But it wasn’t enough to keep me awake as it was not constant.

Value for money

Liked: Breakfast was so good, there was so much choice and variety.
