I will look forward to...

Liked: Great location, situated right next to a shopping centre with underground public car park, that was very convenient. Really enjoyed the bar and restaurant that stayed open long enough, and was rather reasonable. But the strongest vice of this hotel is the excellent staff. truly remarkable.
Disliked: Hope you will keep doing what you're doing!

Highly recommended!

Liked: A very good hotel in Katowice. It is actually located in the centre of the city near the cathedral as well as the bus station and a shopping mall. Spotlessly clean rooms and hotel itself. The room and the bathroom were really spacious and very well equipped.
Disliked: Please check the pillowcases.

Superb

Liked: Friendly, welcoming staff. Good size room with comfortable bed. Excellent btreakfast buffet and restaurant. In the heart of the city, five minutes walk from the station, tram stops closer.

Very poor

Disliked: The day after our check-out, they attempted to scam us over an untouched overpriced bottle of wine. The cleaning service couldn’t distinguish between a brand-new bottle of red wine—their own wine, left in the room—and an empty bottle of sparkling rosé that we bought.Next thing is, we found a mold in the kettle, disgusting. This shouldn’t ever happen in the four-star hotel
