Disliked: We received a booking transfer notice and got moved to another property: Hotel Diament Plaza. The room had really odd and rather unpleasant chemical smell that didn't went away a bit by the morning, despite windows being open. We kind of had to do that in December. Our clothes still smell like it. Our stay would have been excellent otherwise.

Disliked: Thin walls- you could hear people talking in the other rooms

Liked: Location is ideal, rooms are large and very clean, bed is comfy, tea/coffee facilities are provided. Staff are nice.
Disliked: No aircon, so noisy from street, bathroom needs better ventilation, breakfast is served in sister hotel up the road, lift doesn't work.
